In artistic photography, erotic interest, although it is often present, is secondary, which distinguishes it from glamorous photography, which primarily wants to show the object of the photograph in the most attractive form, and from pornographic photography, the main purpose of which is to sexually arouse the viewer. Artistic photographs are not created with the intention of being used for journalistic, scientific or other practical purposes. The differences between genres are not always clear, and photographers, like other artists, as a rule, have their own original point of view on their work, which the viewer, for his part, can also perceive in his own way.
